SUMMARY:Insight to Impact: Science for tomorrow's food industry challenges
DESCRIPTION:The Food Structure\, Digestion & Health International Conference 2025 will be held at the CSIRO Food Innovation Centre\, Werribee\, from 17–20 November 2025. \nThe 2025 conference will spotlight the latest advances in food structure design\, digestive behaviour\, the gut microbiome\, and emerging innovations such as AI-driven food design and sustainable nutrition policy. \nThe conference will also emphasise excellent science and highlight the industry relevance for food development and innovation. The presenters are encouraged to submit abstracts that showcase how their science can be applied in the food industry. There will be a lively debate on the balance of processed food and whole food nutrition and AI innovation round table discussions with industry. \nThe Food Structure\, Digestion & Health International Conference brings together professionals from the food industry and world-leading scientists – from disciplines including food science\, nutrition\, digestive behaviour\, sensory science and food engineering. This event promotes a cross-disciplinary approach to food design that improves nutrition\, functionality\, and consumer health outcomes.
