DESCRIPTION:The Tasmanian Seed Industry Group (TSIG) is proud to host the 12th International Herbage Seed Group (IHSG) Conference in Launceston\, bringing together leading researchers\, producers\, and industry professionals from around the globe. \nThis biennial event is a premier forum for sharing research and innovation in forage and turf seed production. Topics span: \n\nEmerging and alternative seed crops (other than lucerne/alfalfa\, ryegrass and white clover).\nSeed production in a challenging and changing environment.\nSustainable seed production.\nAgronomic advances\, innovation and technology.\n\n  \nThis biennial conference shares the latest research developments in pasture (herbage) seed research\, and is a great chance to meet local and international growers\, seed production researchers\, agronomists and seed company representatives. \nFollowing the conference\, delegates are invited to attend a post-conference tour from 20-22 November 2025\, to visit key seed production areas in Southern Mainland Australia.
