DESCRIPTION:The 12th annual Red Meat Updates conference will be held on Friday\, 25 July 2025 at the Tailrace Centre\, Launceston providing information\, inspiration and connections for the red meat industry including sheep and cattle producers. \nUnder the theme ‘balancing effort\, risk and reward’\, this year’s event program will focus on the pathway to making informed decisions and reaching a better understanding the cost of production in red meat businesses – this year’s program will feature technical presentations from industry experts\, market updates and producer case studies. \nThe Red Meat Updates working group are hard at work finalising a the program for this years event\, in the meantime\, keep in touch with event planning by following us on social media.
